Bahamas Judo – a winning formula

Judo is one of the most widely spread sports in the world, from Australia to Zimbabwe Judo is practised.

Even in the Bahamas in Judo is done, in fact they have a great programme and have produced a short film about Judo in the Bahamas which is available online on Youtube. It is a terrific film and I am embedding it below:

The film starts with some great segments about childrens Judo and the positive benefits Judo is having on kids. It includes comments from parents of children doing Judo.
